No. This is new construction. Only window protection will be required for texture application.
No. Site protection will be installed once and will not need to be removed during the project.

Yes. All site protection (plastic and floor coverings) will need to be removed and reinstalled daily.

No. The work area will be completely clear of furniture and personal belongings prior to the start of work by the homeowner or general contractor (GC).
Yes. The drywall contractor’s will need to move items daily and return them to their original locations.

-Additional charges will apply if furniture or personal belongings must be temporally moved to perform the work


-The drywall contractor is not responsible for the storage, hauling, or long-term relocation of furniture or personal belongings.


-Built-in or counter-depth refrigerators will not be moved by the drywall contractor
